I realize it's been a while since my last nonsensical post, but there's good reason. I've been busy playing World of Warcraft and writing about it.I've also sold my beloved MacBook Pro and replaced it with a Sony Vista machine. Don't even start commenting before you read on.
The MacBook Pro has a wonderful OS, probably even better than Vista, but the hardware it runs on is horrible. The first MacBook Pro I had, its latch broke. The second, it overheated and burnt the motherboard inside (or something like it). And finally the 3rd kept overheating so much it just stopped working after about 4 hours of use. I got sick of being a test monkey for Apple so I got rid of the MacBook Pro and picked up a nice Sony lappy.
It runs pretty good, very similar to OS X and so far doesn't get nearly as hot as the MacBook Pro, so go figure.
UPDATE: Just packaged the Sony laptop for a return. Vista is a POS, let's just leave at that for now.

Hey Rich!
Any chance of putting up a section on your site with all the sundial articles? Or perhaps creating a separate site with your business portfolio? I've been wanting to read them.....
Aaron :)
that's some bad luck. I've never had those problems with my old MacBook or any of my PowerBooks.
Paulo, I really wanted to love the Mac, believe me, but what's good a computer if you can't use it without worrying it will fry on you?
Perhaps when they change the form factor, I'll reconsider them, but for now I'm sticking with PCs.
